This delivery policy outlines the delivery terms and schedules applicable to Dubo Électrique customers. We are committed to providing efficient and reliable delivery service to meet the needs of our customers.
General Information
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is temporarily out of stock when your order is processed, we will notify you and provide an estimated delivery timeframe.
An order may be delivered in multiple shipments or packages, particularly when products are supplied from different branches.
Delivery Area
Products can be delivered to addresses within Quebec, subject to the delivery coverage of the branch handling the order.
Additional fees may apply to deliveries in certain remote areas or for heavy or oversized items. Some areas of Quebec may be excluded from our delivery area or subject to an additional surcharge.
Delivery Time
Orders submitted before the applicable cutoff time are generally delivered within 1 to 2 business days, subject to product availability and the delivery capacity of the branch handling the order.
Business days are Monday through Friday. We do not make deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays or statutory holidays.
Deliveries are generally made between 6 AM and 5 PM. Someone must be available to receive the delivery and confirm receipt of the goods.
Delivery times may vary depending on the branch, delivery address, product availability and transportation conditions. In some cases, the actual delivery date may differ from the expected delivery date.
An order may be delivered in multiple packages or shipments.
Order Cutoff Time
To benefit from same-day processing and delivery within 1 to 2 business days, the order must be submitted before the cutoff time applicable to the branch handling the delivery.

Orders submitted after the cutoff time will be processed on the following business day, extending the delivery timeframe to 1 to 2 business days from that processing date.

Delivery Not Received Within Expected Timeframe
If your order has not been delivered by the end of the expected period (beyond 2 business days), please contact your inside or outside sales representative.
Missing or Extra Items
The customer must report any missing or extra items to their inside or outside sales representative within 30 days of receiving the order.
Non-Conforming Products, Order Errors or Items Damaged in Transit
The customer must report any non-conforming product, order error or item damaged in transit to their inside or outside sales representative within 48 hours of receiving the order.
