What is DuboXtra?
DuboXtra is Dubo's loyalty program designed to give back to our valued customers. Your points are automatically calculated based on your purchases of qualifying supplier products and added to your account monthly.

How does it work?
1- Identify qualifying products: While browsing our online store, look for the DuboXtra icon on product pages. You can also use the DuboXtra filter on any subcategory page to easily display eligible items.
2- Earn points: Get 1 point for every dollar spent on qualifying products from participating suppliers.
3- Redeem rewards: Log in to your DuboXtra account to redeem points for a wide selection of items.

Easily identify qualifying items by looking for the DuboXtra icon on product pages. You can also use the DuboXtra filter in the side menu of any subcategory page to display only the products that earn you points.
How to register?
Signing up is easy! All you need is your 5-digit Dubo account number.
1- Go to the registration page
2-Follow the instructions under "Lost your password?" and fill out the short form.
Your request will be sent to Dubo for processing and approval. You will receive an email as soon as you're ready to start redeeming!

Go to duboxtra.com, click on "Lost your password?", and fill out the quick form using your 5-digit Dubo account number. Your request will be processed by our team, and you’ll receive an email as soon as your account is ready!

Simply click on "Lost your password?" on the login page to receive a password reset link by email. If you don't see it right away, be sure to check your junk mail folder.

Yes. A valid email address is required to access your online account and redeem your points in the online catalog.

Points are non-transferable and have no cash value. However, if you hold multiple Dubo customer accounts, you can combine them into a single master account by emailing your 5-digit account numbers to pdf@dubo.qc.ca.

Once registered, you will receive a monthly e-statement showing your updated points balance. You can also log in anytime at duboxtra.com or ask your local branch representative to check for you.

All rewards are first shipped to our regional office for verification (you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once shipped). Once verified, your order is forwarded to your local Dubo branch. Your representative will then contact you upon arrival to arrange pick-up or delivery.

Only defective or damaged items can be returned, within 30 days of receipt. Please contact your local branch to make arrangements.
